Purchase and Return Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Please be aware that all sales are final, and there are no returns. Kittens are sold as-is.
- Health Guarantee: We assure you that at the time of sale, your kitten is in good health and free from any diseases, as far as can be determined by the seller/veterinarian.
- Providing a Safe Home: We trust that you will provide a safe and suitable home for the purchased kitten.
Shipping Details
- Shipping Timeline: Once your kitten is ready to travel, it will typically ship within 10-20 days from the date of purchase. The final delivery date will be determined by the seller, in consultation with a veterinarian.
- Third-Party Involvement: Delivery is carried out through third parties, including freight brokers, state veterinarians, and airlines. Delays may occur due to various reasons such as weather conditions, logistics, or transport issues, for which the seller cannot be held directly or indirectly liable.
- Flight Delay Notice: The seller is not responsible for any flight delays, airport delays, or flight cancellations. Please note that such delays are non-refundable. The seller is responsible for providing necessary health certificates and vaccine records for domestic flights in the USA.
Health Guarantee
- Each of our cats undergoes a comprehensive veterinary examination before becoming part of your family. We prioritise the health and comfortable delivery of your new pet.
Seller’s Duties and Obligations
- Quality Guarantee: The Seller guarantees the quality of the pet specified in this contract and shall transfer the pet to the Buyer at the age of not earlier than four months, with preventive vaccinations.
- Vaccinations and medical records: The Seller shall provide the pet with vaccinations, deworming and international veterinary records/passport indicating preventive vaccinations.
Buyer’s Duties and Obligations
- Proper Care: The buyer is responsible for providing proper care, nutrition, timely veterinary care, and vaccination for the pet.
- Medical Records: The buyer must keep copies of all medical examination reports and records. In case of a claim for pet replacement, the buyer must provide these records to the seller.
- Initial Veterinary Exam: The buyer must take the pet for a veterinary exam with a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of the Delivery Date. Failure to do so may void any guarantees.
- No Shelter Transfer: The buyer cannot transfer the pet to a shelter or research center without the seller’s written consent. If consent is granted, the buyer must provide proof of spaying or neutering.
Breeding Rights
- If the kitten is bought as a BREED class, for your peace of mind, we provide the option to order genetic tests and do additional health checks on your kitten. You can rest assured that you have all the additional information about your pet. We work with responsible breeders to ensure that each kitten is raised with care and love.
Return and Refund
- Unhealthy Pet: In case the pet is found to be unhealthy at the time of acquisition, confirmed by a Licensed Veterinary Clinic, the seller will accept the return and issue a store credit for the amount paid.
- Buyer Dissatisfaction: In cases of buyer dissatisfaction or other issues (theft, toileting problems, family allergies, etc.), the buyer has no right to demand a refund or compensation.
- Seller’s Right of Refusal: The seller reserves the right to refuse if the buyer is unable to house, care for, and maintain the pet.
- No Rescue Placement: The pet should never be placed in a rescue situation or humane society but should be returned to the seller for rehoming, if necessary, without a refund.
- Veterinary Passport Exceptions: Please note that certain exceptions apply to the lifetime guarantee, including aspects related to personality, confirmation, size, weight, color, markings, and breeding ability. Specific details are outlined in the agreement.
